How to make decisions holistically
How to use a holistic grazing chart and plan grazing
How to time livestock moves for optimum plant recovery
How to consider social, economic and ecological factors when planning grazing and finances
Timing, stock density, forage utilization
Managing land and livestock in droughts
The key principles of soil health
The Jefferson Center will provide breakfast treats each morning such as fresh fruit, gluten-free muffins, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea and water. Lunch will be provided by Table Nectar, who sources locally produced food.
